Turkish Energy Minister spoke about long-term gas contracts with Russia

Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Fatih Donmez said his country has entered into long-term gas contracts with Russia within international prices and standards.

Donmez told TV Net, in response to a question about whether Turkey has concessions on the price of Russian gas, that the contracts concluded with Russia are long-term and within international prices and standards.

He stressed that Turkey has not joined the policy of sanctions against Russia and, in this regard, “is not looking today for alternative sources of Russian gas supplies.”
