Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar confirmed that Russia was not involved in the bombing of the Odessa port.
Akar said, according to the Turkish Defense Ministry: “During our contacts with Russia today, it was mentioned that Russia had nothing to do with the attack. They are thoroughly investigating the incident.”
