Turkish army helicopter crashes in northern Iraq

The Turkish Defense Ministry said that a military helicopter crashed during an emergency landing during a military operation in northern Iraq.

A statement released by the ministry said that “At around 11:45 pm, Skorsky’s helicopter was forced to make an abrupt emergency landing for technical reasons” in the area of ​​​​the military operation “Claw Claw” launched by Turkey in northern Iraq. .

The ministry said the accident occurred during supply operations and that the plane crashed.
