Tunisia. Inflation rose to 9.2% in October

Inflation in Tunisia rose slightly in October, reaching 9.2% from 9.1% in September, according to the National Institute of Statistics.

According to the Institute, food prices rose by 12.9%, mainly due to an increase in prices for eggs by 33.3%, mutton by 21.1%, and edible oils by 20.8%.

Prices for fresh vegetables increased by 18.5%, for beef – by 15.1%, for poultry – by 15%.
