Former US President Donald Trump has said he wants drug traffickers to be sentenced to death on his first trip to Washington since he left the White House.
Speaking at the first summit of the American Policy Institute, Trump said: “If we look at countries around the world, we see that drug problems are not drug problems, in which drug traffickers are sentenced to death very quickly.”
He added: “She will execute a drug dealer and save 500 lives because they kill an average of 500 people.”
