Three Russian citizens killed in stampede in Seoul

The Russian Embassy in South Korea reported that the death toll of Russian citizens in a stampede in the country’s capital Seoul has risen to 3 people.

Earlier, the embassy reported that two people from Russia, two girls, were killed, and another woman was injured and taken to hospital for treatment, but later died.

The death toll from a stampede during a Halloween celebration in the Itaewon entertainment district in downtown Seoul has risen to 151, with 82 others injured, including 19 foreigners.

South Korean President Yoon Seok-yeol declared national mourning Sunday for the victims of the disaster.
