The Russian ruble rose against the dollar and the euro in afternoon trading on Monday after the Russian currency fell today.
By 15:15 Moscow time, the dollar fell by 1.74% to 60.55 rubles, and the euro by 1.27% to 61.67 rubles.
Earlier, the Russian currency traded at 62.63 rubles per dollar and 63.81 rubles per euro, according to data from the Moscow Exchange website.
