The Russian ruble fell against the dollar and the euro to its first level in about two weeks

The Russian ruble fell against the dollar and the euro in trading today, on Monday, and the Russian currency reached its first level since June 20, that is, in about two weeks.

By 10:14 Moscow time, the dollar rose by 93 kopecks (ruble = 100 kopecks) to 55.43 rubles, the euro rose by 1.05 rubles to 57.59 rubles.

Prior to this, the US currency rose above the level of 56 rubles, and the European currency rose above the level of 58 rubles.

The Prime agency reported that today the US currency is trading above the level of 56 rubles, and the European currency is above the level of 58 rubles, for the first time since June 20, 2022.
