The Russian Foreign Ministry summons the ambassadors of Germany, Denmark and Sweden

The Russian Foreign Ministry called the ambassadors of Germany, Denmark and Sweden in Moscow to clarify their position in connection with the fact that they did not respond to Russia’s request to participate in the investigation of the sabotage on the Nord Stream gas pipeline.

“The ambassadors of Germany, Denmark and Sweden were summoned to Moscow due to the fact that their countries did not respond to Russia’s request to participate in the investigation of acts of sabotage that affected the Nord Stream gas pipelines,” the ministry said in a statement.

The Foreign Ministry stressed that “if Russian experts are denied access to ongoing investigations, Moscow will proceed from the fact that the mentioned countries have something to hide, or they cover up the perpetrators of these terrorist attacks.”

The department stressed that Moscow does not recognize any results of the investigation, in which Russian experts are not involved.

It is noteworthy that two gas pipelines transporting Russian gas to Europe – Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 along the bottom of the Baltic Sea – were simultaneously attacked by terrorists on September 26.
