The Russian currency is growing against the euro and the dollar to the highest level in almost 7 years

The Russian currency continues to strengthen its position against the US and European currencies, and the dollar for the first time in April 2015 traded below the level of 53 rubles, and the euro below the threshold of 56 rubles.

By 15:10 Moscow time, the dollar exchange rate fell by 66 kopecks (the ruble = 100 kopecks) to 52.72 rubles.

The euro fell by 67 kopecks to 55.62 rubles, according to the data of the Moscow Exchange.

Thus, the Russian currency reached this level for the first time since April 2015, that is, in about 7 years.
