The head of the Ukrainian special services threatens with terrorist attacks on the territory of Russia

The head of intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov threatened to carry out sabotage and terrorist acts on the territory of Russia.

This is stated in an interview with the Financial Times, where Budanov announced an escalation in partisan activity in Russian-controlled territories, referring to the explosion of a car in Kherson, which led to the death of an official of the military-civilian administration there.

According to Budanov, such acts of terrorism and sabotage “are happening everywhere, have been and will be committed in Russia and in many other places.” Budanov declined to clarify whether the Ukrainian authorities were behind these events.

Last Friday, June 24, the head of the family, youth and sports department of the administrative apparatus, Dmitry Savluchenko, died in a terrorist attack in Kherson after the car he was in exploded.

As part of the Russian special military operation, the Russian army took control of the Kherson region and part of the Azov district of the Zaporozhye region in southern Ukraine. Military-civilian administrations were formed in these regions, the ruble began to circulate, Russian television channels and radio stations began broadcasting, and these regions announced their plans to become part of the territory of Russia.
