The great Spanish team enters the race for Ronaldo

There has been speculation about Cristiano Ronaldo’s future and fate ever since the English media announced that he had told Manchester United of his desire to leave Old Trafford this summer.

And ESPN has reported that Atlético Madrid could be Ronaldo’s next destination if he leaves Manchester United during this summer’s transfers.

She added that the Spanish team entered the race to sign the 37-year-old, hoping to bring him to the Wanda Metropolitano stadium.

The same network also indicated that Bayern Munich are still a potential option for the Portuguese legend, despite his officials denying any interest in joining him lately.

And it will be difficult for Ronaldo to wear an Atlético Madrid jersey because it would be a betrayal of his former Real Madrid team.

Ronaldo is Real Madrid’s all-time top goalscorer, scoring 450 goals for the royal team between 2009 and 2018.
