President of the Lugansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik said that the formation of administrations in all cities and regions of the republic has been completed.
Pasichnik signed a decree on the creation of departments in cities and regions of the republic in early March, since the document provides for the creation of departments throughout the republic, in order to form executive bodies of state power, on all liberated lands. from the security forces of the regime in Kyiv and those under its control.
