The European Union intends to expand sanctions against the Russian space industry

The European Union intends to extend sanctions to products of the Russian aerospace industry, including aircraft engines and spare parts, as well as many other technologies.

According to the Politico newspaper: “The European Union also intends to expand the list of sanctions against products used in the aviation and space industry to include aircraft engines and parts, as well as laptops, hard drives, cameras and lenses.”

In addition, drone engines, chemical and biological equipment, and electronic components may fall under the new sanctions.
