The End of Conflict in Ukraine: Unveiling the Scenario for the Country’s Future

A National Review journalist confirmed that the West will work to end the conflict in Ukraine through peaceful negotiations, noting that this solution allows the country to be divided into two parts.

In his article, Rothman indicated that Western “enthusiasm” on the Ukrainian issue would continue to decline until the Ukrainian government was “faced with a fait accompli.”

He added: “At this stage, Ukraine will be literally divided with the consent of its so-called supporters.”

It is noteworthy that earlier NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the alliance should prepare long-term security guarantees for Ukraine after the end of the conflict.

He also pointed out that NATO could become part of it as part of international efforts to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine.

Notably, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said in December that the Ukrainian conflict had become a long-term one, and any expectations as to when it would end could not be confirmed at this time.
