The Egyptian national team fell by 8 positions, while Russia retained its position in the FIFA rankings

Today, Thursday, the International Football Association (FIFA) published the June rating of football teams, in which Brazil took first place at the expense of Belgium.

Brazil widened the gap to their nearest rival, Belgium, while Argentina finished third, one place ahead of France, who dropped to fourth after four matches without a win in the European Nations League.

Spain moved up one place to sixth in the world among the top ten, followed by Italy in seventh, followed by the Netherlands in eighth and Denmark in tenth.

The Russian national team retained 35th place, noting that the Russian Bear has not played a single match since November last year, after FIFA and the European Union “UEFA” suspended the participation of Russian teams and teams in international competitions following the results of the Russian special operation in Ukraine.
In the standings, the Egyptian team dropped by 8 positions at once (40th place).

The African national team is ranked first in the FIFA rankings, behind Senegal, which ranks 18th in the world, and Morocco, which ranks 22nd in the world.

Tunisia finished third in Africa and Egypt sixth among African teams.
