The Dates of Diablo 4 Beta Have Been Announced, And it will Begin on March 17th

The Diablo 4 beta dates were revealed during IGN’s Fan Fest, which took place over the last few days, as predicted. The dates were revealed in full last night, laying out the path for the Early Access phase, which will be driven by pre-order users, and the open beta phase, which will be open to the general public without restriction.

Diablo 4 was revealed at BlizzCon 2019 more than three years ago. Blizzard Entertainment has been drip-feeding content to fans of the dungeon-raiding RPG since then. A new trailer showcasing the game in all its glory was released last year at The Game Awards. Nonetheless, the Diablo 4 beta dates have been confirmed, and fans are ecstatic.

The Diablo 4 beta is close, but it’ll arrive a little sooner for those who have already pre-ordered the game. If you want to get into the beta sooner, you can pre-order it before the Early Access phase begins.

Pre-ordered customers will have access to the full beta from March 17th to March 19th, while the general public will have access between March 24th and March 26th.

According to IGN, the beta will provide a “significant look at the game” following the Fan Fest event. It will give franchise fans the entire prologue and first act, as well as a slew of side quests and a high-level cap. Both phases will be available to Early Access users, and the same game files will be accessible across both beta stages.

However, progress in the beta will only be carried over to a portion of the game’s full release on June 6th.

Diablo 4 will be available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
