The Chinese army will conduct exercises in the Yellow Sea from September 1 to 6

The Chinese army has announced that it will continue to conduct live-fire military exercises, especially in naval warfare, in light of tensions with the United States of America over the island of Taiwan.

The Chinese newspaper The People reported today, Thursday, that the Chinese army will conduct live-fire exercises in the southern waters of the Yellow Sea for 12 hours a day.

Tensions between the United States and China have escalated in recent months, culminating in the visit of US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to Taiwan, which Beijing claims is part of its territory under the One China principle.
