The Caspian summit kicked off with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who arrived today, Wednesday, in the Turkmen capital.
In addition to the President of Russia, the President of Turkmenistan Sardar Berdy, President of Iran Ibrahim Raisi, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will take part in the summit.
