Volodymyr Rogov, a member of the Zaporozhye regional administration, said more than 15 speedboats carrying armed men were heading from Kyiv-controlled territory towards the Russian-controlled city of Energodar.
“There are about 40 boats in the waters of the Dnieper. At least 15 of these speed boats, carrying a large number of militants, are moving towards Energodar,” he said.
He stressed that there were no such events on the water during the period of the Russian military operation in Ukraine.
