Manchester City star Bernardo Silva sparked controversy about his future by posting on his Instagram account.
Several media reports have linked the Portuguese midfielder to a move to Barcelona this summer.
A clear desire to sign Silva at the request of coach Javi Hernandez, as part of a plan to strengthen the Catalan team with big deals that began this summer.
A post Silva posted on his Instagram account today Sunday raised the possibility of him leaving Manchester City this summer as he wrote: “Great team performance and great atmosphere! to thank everyone on the pitch for the wonderful moments of love and support you guys have given me.”
Manchester City are not against the departure of the Portuguese, but demand 80 million euros in exchange for his refusal.
Barcelona are awaiting the departure of Dutch player Frenkie de Jong before submitting an offer to join Silva.
