Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahyan said that Tehran is ready to resume negotiations on the revival of the nuclear agreement within a few days.
“I confirm that we are ready to resume negotiations within a few days,” Abdullahyan said at a press conference today, Saturday, after talks with European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.
He added: “We will seek to resolve differences through negotiations. We hope that this time the United States will take real steps to complete the negotiations.”
For his part, Borrell said: “The main purpose of my visit was to break the stalemate in the nuclear deal talks … I am very pleased that we have agreed to resume nuclear deal talks in a few days.”
