Solsheer reveals his stance on Egypt coaching

A source at the Egyptian Football Association has revealed that former Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solsheer has declined to take charge of the Pharaohs in the coming period to replace Ehab Galal Al Makal.

The source, who declined to be named, explained that Hazem Imam, a member of the Football Association’s board of directors, had contacted the Norwegian coach through his agent, but Solsheer confirmed his concern about the upcoming period with a number of training courses preventing him from taking charge.

Meanwhile, Egyptian Football Association officials are waiting to know the final decision of Portuguese Carlos Queiroz after he demanded a 10-day deadline to respond to the team coach’s proposal.

Egyptian Football Association officials have shortlisted three coaches to be finalized on their results with the teams and teams they have coached.
