The new Kuwaiti Ambassador to Tehran presented a copy of his credentials to the Iranian Foreign Minister and he became the first Kuwaiti Ambassador to Tehran in seven years.

Badr Abdullah Al Munaikh, the new Kuwaiti Ambassador to Tehran, presented a copy of his credentials to Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian to assume his diplomatic duties as his country’s ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In an interview with Al-Rai newspaper, Iranian Ambassador to Kuwait Mohammad Irani welcomed the return of the Kuwaiti Ambassador at the ambassadorial level to Tehran and said that the selection of Badr Abdullah Al-Munaih as the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Tehran was a natural matter. strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in the political sphere.

The Iranian also said about Amir Abdollahian’s visit to Kuwait: During this visit, the Iranian foreign minister will hold consultations with Kuwaiti officials on bilateral relations and developments in the region.
