Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that Russian budget revenues from the oil and gas industry grew by 28%, or 2.5 trillion rubles, in 2022.
Novak’s statement was made today, Monday, at a government meeting chaired by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
According to Novak, in 2022, the Russian oil and gas industry achieved the following results:
– Increase in oil exports from Russia by 7%.
Export of coal decreased by 7.6%.
– An increase in the production of gasoline by 4.3% and diesel fuel by 6%.
– Growth of Russian budget revenues from the oil and gas industry by 28%, or 2.5 trillion rubles.
– Increase in production of liquefied natural gas by 8% to 46 billion cubic meters.
Gas deliveries from Russia to China via the Power of Siberia gas pipeline amounted to 15.5 billion cubic meters of gas.
