Jan Gagin, an adviser to the acting governor of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushlin, confirmed that Russian forces had taken control of a tire repair plant in the republic.
“Thanks to successful offensive actions, Russian troops took control of the tire repair plant in Maryinka,” Gagin said.
Bushilin had previously reported that Russian troops were advancing in the Maryinsky direction, although not at the required speed.
