Vladimir Dzhabarov, first deputy chairman of the Federation Council committee on international affairs, said that Washington is pushing the European Union through sanctions against Russia into an abyss from which it may no longer be able to get out.
The senator added: “The European Union announced the preparation of another package of sanctions against Russia, the seventh in a row. I wonder what they are trying to achieve? They realized for themselves that these measures will not stop Russia from achieving the mission of denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine.”
According to him, the process of “neutralizing” the Europeans was repeated. In the late thirties, Hitler “confused” them and involved them in a crusade against Russia, and the United States is trying to repeat this now.
The senator added that the Americans are now trying to do it.
“Don’t the Europeans understand that the US is pushing them into an abyss from which they will never get out? Stop, Europeans, you are sane people,” he said.
