The Russian Defense Ministry announced that Kyiv forces had deployed heavy weapons in the city of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk Republic and deliberately bombed Russian forces sheltering civilians as human shields.
Mikhail Mezintsev, head of Russia’s National Defense Monitoring Center, said Kyiv forces had entrenched themselves in residential areas of Kramatorsk in the Donetsk People’s Republic and stationed armored vehicles, rocket launchers and artillery there, and systematically shelled nearby communities to provoke Russian and Donetsk forces and use their bombardments to exterminate civilians.
Mizintsev stressed that the Kyiv Nazis do not allow civilians to leave their homes and use them as human shields.
