Russia intends to raise the issue of the murder of journalist Dugina at a meeting of the UN Security Council

Russia’s permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said Russia would raise the issue of the murder of journalist Darya Dugina at an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council on Tuesday.

“We asked for an urgent meeting in Zaporozhye, where Ukrainian provocations do not stop, of course, we will talk about the incident” related to the murder of Daria Dugina, Nebenzya said.

The Permanent Representative added: “This shows the nature of the Ukrainian state, because the connection between their saboteurs and this murder is clear, which, in fact, has already been identified by the FSB.”

Political scientist and journalist Darya Dugina was killed on Saturday evening when she blew up her car on the Mogai highway in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region.

On Monday, the Russian FSB said that the Ukrainian special services were behind the murder of Dugina, and the Ukrainian Natalya Vovk, who arrived in Russia with her daughter on July 23, is the culprit. According to the FSB, after the explosion of the car, the killer and his daughter left for Estonia through the Pskov region.
