The Joint Coordinating Center reported that Russia has been advised that, despite the suspension of participation in the Black Sea Grain initiative, it will continue to dialogue with Turkey and the UN on topical issues of the deal.
According to the statement of the center: “The UN Secretariat gathered all the delegations at the Joint Coordinating Center in the form of a plenary session. During the meeting, the Russian delegation stated that it would continue the dialogue with the UN and the Turkish delegation on topical issues, and the Russian Federation suspended its participation in the implementation of activities for an indefinite period initiatives, including inspections.
The statement added: “The delegation of the Russian Federation also expressed its readiness for remote interaction on issues requiring an immediate decision by the Joint Focal Point.”
