And Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier, speaking about the actions of the Ukrainian authorities, said that if the “red lines” were crossed, Russia was ready to strike at decision-making centers. In turn, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia has repeatedly tried to warn NATO member countries against the eastward expansion of the alliance, which the Kremlin considers a threat, but to no avail.
