Cristiano Ronaldo has posted his first photo after failing to travel with his Manchester United team on a pre-season tour that includes Thailand and Australia amid speculation that he might leave the team.

Ronaldo shared a photo of himself doing strenuous exercises in the gym with his Twitter followers and commented: “Hard work.”

Speculation and rumors about Ronaldo’s future and fate intensified after the English media announced that the Portuguese star had informed Manchester United management of his desire to leave Old Trafford this summer.

The fact that Ronaldo did not travel with the Manchester United delegation to training camps in Thailand and Australia in preparation for the start of the new season has given rise to rumors.

Media reports suggested that clubs Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Bayern Munich refused to sign Ronaldo after Jorge Mendes, the Portuguese star’s agent, proposed to him.

On the other hand, Ronaldo, according to the Portuguese newspaper Rekord, turned down the mythical offer to join the Saudi club because of his desire to continue playing football at the highest level, despite his advanced age and the age of 37.
