Rogov: Ukrainian ammunition depot and aircraft engine plant shelled in Zaporozhye

The head of the movement “We are with Russia”, Vladimir Rogov, said that the explosions in the city of Zaporozhye damaged the Ukrainian ammunition depot, as well as aircraft repair shops at the Motor Sich plant.

“In the Shevchenko district of Zaporozhye, an ammunition depot belonging to the Ukrainian army was destroyed. Also, the production workshops for the repair of aircraft at the Motor Sich plant, which were engaged in the production of AI-450 aircraft engines and components for unmanned aircraft, were also hit,” Rogov added.

Rogov pointed out that the previously mentioned enterprise was engaged in the assembly of engines for military aircraft and helicopters, as well as the repair of military equipment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Earlier, the Ukrainian newspaper Vesti reported that seven explosions sounded in Zaporozhye on Friday evening.

For his part, the head of the military-territorial administration in Zaporozhye, which is controlled by the Ukrainian authorities, Oleksandr Starukh, said that as a result of Russian bombing, industrial infrastructure facilities of the city were damaged.
