Representatives of civil society organizations from several countries visit a detention center "Azov"

A group of representatives of public organizations from Italy, Germany, North Korea, Nicaragua, Serbia, Syria and Abkhazia visited the isolation ward for Ukrainian prisoners of war from the Azov Metallurgical Plant.

The delegation headed by Leonid Slutsky, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, visited pre-trial detention center No. 112 near Lilinovka, where Azov prisoners are kept.

Ukrainian armed forces fired at the detention center with American HIMARS launchers, killing 51 people and injuring 72 people.

Foreign guests toured the ruins and talked to the prisoners.

Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin said that the bombed-out Azov prisoners were transferred to this detention center at the request of the Ukrainian side, and the Russian Foreign Ministry called on the international community to take action. a preliminary and objective assessment of the crime of Ukrainian nationalists who fired at the pre-trial detention center in Lilinovka.
