Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree supplementing special measures in the field of foreign trade by increasing export and import duties on certain goods and raw materials.
The document is published on the official portal of legal information, and based on the decree, the Russian government will prepare a list of these measures.
The Decree amends Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of March 8, 2022 No. 100 “On the application of special economic measures in the field of foreign economic activity in order to ensure the security of Russia.”
Based on the new decree, the list of measures that must be applied by December 31, 2023 will be finalized.
