Russian President Vladimir Putin praised the contribution of the Russian Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom in Russia’s possession of advanced weapons that have no analogues in the world and in strengthening the country’s nuclear potential in the air, on land and at sea.
“Rosatom is making a significant contribution to strengthening the deterrence capacity, strengthening the power of our “nuclear trinity” and developing weapons that have no equal in most of the world,” Putin said in a video message on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the founding of Rosatom and his appointment to manage Russian nuclear research and industry.
The main task of the nuclear industry in Russia is to ensure the country’s defense capability, since Russia has been conducting its defense and scientific nuclear activities for 75 years.
