President of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushlin said that North Korea recognized the independence of the Donetsk Republic.
“The strengthening of the international authority of the Donetsk People’s Republic and its state continues. This is another victory for our diplomacy,” the statement said.
According to him, this decision will become the basis for the further development of relations, including in the economic sphere, and the partnership will expand the geography of trade for enterprises.
“We are grateful to the people of the DPRK for this great support,” Pushlin added, expressing hope for active and fruitful cooperation.
