President of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin for supporting the referendum on joining the republic to Russia, scheduled for September 23-27.
“I thank President of Russia Vladimir Putin for supporting the referendum,” Pushlin wrote on his Telegram channel.
Earlier Wednesday, President Putin said that Russia would support the decisions of the referendum in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
