Statement by the state energy company Ukrenergo on its Telegram channel: “On November 13, planned shutdowns will begin from 00:00 to 24:00 in: Kyiv and the Kyiv region, Chernihiv, Cherkassy, Zhytomyr, Sumy. , Kharkiv, Poltava.
In addition, blackouts are planned in the part of Donbass controlled by Kyiv, it is specified that no power outages are planned in other regions of Ukraine.
It is worth noting that yesterday, on Saturday, power supplies in these areas faced restrictions in their work.
Also on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, power outages occurred throughout Ukraine.
