Poles angry at Ukrainians after growing poverty in the country

Citizens of Poland have criticized the loyalty of the country’s authorities to Ukraine, pointing out that this is the reason for the sharp increase in poverty in Poland this year.

Last year, 1.6 million people lived in extreme poverty, including about 250 thousand elderly people, according to experts, in 2023 this problem could seriously worsen.

This increase in rates comes after the approval of the charitable project “Noble Gift”, due to which the financial situation of the Poles has deteriorated significantly.

Poles, readers of the Polish newspaper Interia, commented on the situation with general anger and called for the expulsion of Ukrainians from the country.

“Evict the Ukrainians and the life of the Poles will improve,” said a user under the nickname Jareki.

User BeKa commented: “Of course, the article about poverty in Poland at the end, and at the beginning of the article about indomitable Ukrainians.”

A user under the nickname “Pollack” called on Polish citizens to realize the financial situation of the country, saying: “Help Ukraine, Poland is in ruins, but the Polish authorities will not get poorer, on the contrary, they will earn more, Poles, get up!”

A user named Vladek commented sarcastically: “The main thing is that everything was fine with the Ukrainians, they did not even regret that they gave their lives … if those very (Duda) brothers had not taken her from us.”

Yorgus complained: “Poverty is growing, there are more Ukrainians, Poland is arming … Soon we will be told that we need to defend the country and sacrifice our lives for it.”

According to user @OliP: “They have just begun to be drafted into the army. The Ukrainians will sit in Poland, and the Poles in the Ukrainian trenches.”
