Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace’s statement about Russian President Vladimir Putin rude, stressing that such behavior casts a shadow on the UK.
“Unfortunately, we see here a low level of both personal and political culture. This rudeness, which cannot be called otherwise, casts a shadow on the country he represents, ”Peskov told the TASS news agency on Wednesday, commenting on Wallace’s statement.
Peskov added: “This minister, again, unfortunately, is not alone in his aggressive lack of culture. We also see people like him. They cannot solve problems. They only create them.”
Earlier, Wallace made a number of verbal attacks on Russian President Vladimir Putin.
