Former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan accused the government of briefly blocking YouTube in the country on Sunday night to prevent Pakistanis from listening to a live speech he delivered at a political rally.
“Today, the secret fascist government went to a new low by banning my live speech on TV and then temporarily blocking YouTube while I spoke at Liaquat Bagh,” Khan tweeted.
He added: “All this after the constant intimidation of media workers.”
Today, the fascist import government hit a new low by banning my live TV talks and then temporarily blocking YouTube during my talk at Liaquat Bagh. And all this after the continuous intimidation of media people and the shutdown of channels from the air earlier.
