The Times has indicated that Saudi Arabia, which has embarked on a massive program to host sporting events in the Gulf region since 2017, will become a major partner and contribute to infrastructure costs for Egypt and Greece if their joint bid becomes eligible to host the 2030 World Cup. .
It is expected that the joint dossier of Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Greece, according to the newspaper, will compete with two other dossiers, namely the joint dossier of Portugal and Spain and the dossier of the four countries of Uruguay, Argentina, Paraguay. and Chile.
It is also likely that Morocco will submit a single bid to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
