Official.. Abu Jabal files complaint against Saudi victory"Viva"

Egyptian Mohamed Abu Jabal, the goalkeeper of the Zamalek football club, filed an official complaint with the FIFA International Football Association against the Saudi club Al-Nasr, after having previously signed a contract with the latter.

Abu Jabal signed contracts to join the Al Nasr club, but Al Nasr officials decided to pull out of the deal and included Colombian David Ospina instead.

Abu Jabala’s business agent released a statement clarifying all matters regarding the latest period and the player’s steps, and the statement said:

“There has been a lot of talk and gossip about Abu Jabal in the intervening period and the player was silent at the time, appreciating the name and position of the two clubs, Zamalek and the victory of Saudi Arabia, and for the fans of the two teams who have all the respect and appreciation , but now and at this time and after exhausting all decisions between the player and the victory administration, we must clarify:

The player has been linked to a contract with Zamalek ending at the end of the 2021-2022 season and as revealed and announced through the TMS program, a site for recording league start and end dates in the world, the league starts on September 25, 2021 and ends on June 30, 2022 of the year.

According to FIFA rules and laws, any player has the right to sign with any club after the start of the free period in his contract, and Abu Jabal has always given priority to the Zamalek club in terms of offers, and in light of the continuity of the provisional committees, instability and the inability of the interim committees to show any signs. For contract renewal negotiations, he had to determine his fate and his next destination, especially since he received many offers, the latest of which was a Saudi victory.

Muhammad Abu Jabal’s statement confirmed that the goalkeeper had signed contracts with Al-Nasr starting in August this year, explaining that the season in Egypt had been extended until the 30th of this month, but Abu Jabal stuck to the contract he had with Al-Nasr. , and entered into a financial settlement with Zamalek.

Abu Jabal thanked the Zamalek administration for its stance and humanitarian role, as well as the player’s desire to end his professional career, stressing that he had asked his lawyer to obtain a tourist visa to Saudi Arabia and arrange travel tickets to participate in the victory training.

He added: “Muhammad Abu Jabal was surprised by the official response of Al-Nasr, who did not recognize the contract he had made and canceled it for illogical reasons, although it is a full contract.”

He pointed out that lawyers on both sides were willing to put forward the idea of a fair settlement in which the guard gets part of his contract and waives the rest of the term, but the administration of the victory flatly refused and offered a much smaller amount, which Abu Jabal did not accept.

At the conclusion of his statement, Abu Jabal announced that he became a free player because Al-Nasr did not recognize the contracts he signed, and also filed a formal complaint with the International Football Association (FIFA) demanding the full value of his contract with Al-Nasr, as well as providing all evidence of damage caused to the player by Al-Nasr and claim compensation without any waivers.
