Today in Istanbul, negotiations began between the delegations of Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and the UN on the issue of grain supplies from Ukraine.
Turkish authorities have not revealed the location of the meeting as it is being held behind closed doors to the press. A diplomatic source told the Russian news agency Novosti earlier that the talks take into account Moscow’s concerns and the existence of sanctions against Russia in the insurance, logistics and banking sectors for the export of Russian agricultural products.
