Yulia Zhdanova, a member of the Russian delegation to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, said that US intelligence officers responsible for reconnaissance, supplying weapons and training soldiers continue to work in Kyiv.
Zhdanova said that “the administration of US President Joe Biden denies Washington’s direct involvement in the conflict, but CIA officers responsible for intelligence, weapons and training of Ukrainian soldiers continue to work in Kyiv.”
She added that there is growing evidence that NATO instructors and artillerymen led the actions of Ukrainian forces to destroy civilians in the Donbas.
“It looks like the Capitol really wants to grow its collection of the roughly 200 military operations the United States has done in its 240-year history as a nation,” she added.
