The diplomat stressed that Russian chemical companies “have been and intend to remain a reliable supplier of quality products at competitive prices.” “We know that the demand of farmers for our fertilizers in the United States is high,” the ambassador emphasized.
He added: “There are parallels with anti-Russian sanctions. Western countries are trying to convince the international community that the restrictions do not apply to our agricultural exports.
