Moscow denies allegations "sky news" Russian cyber attacks on NATO

The Russian Foreign Ministry called the reports of the British TV channel Sky News about alleged Russian cyber attacks on NATO countries “fictions”.

Citing a report by a US company, the authors baselessly claim that Western and coalition diplomatic missions “were under attack… These superstitious speculations by British journalists do not stand up to initial scrutiny of their data,” the ministry said in a statement.

She added: “Even the questionable report cited by Sky News as a source of information speaks of a small number of cyber attacks against a specific NATO country.”

She stressed that the UK has officially acknowledged that the UK, a member of NATO, has not yet been attacked and does not have information about specific threats from Russia.
