Moscow comments on the classification of Poland by the Russian authorities "terrorist regime"

Vladimir Chizhov, deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security, stressed that the recognition by the Polish Senate of the Russian authorities as a “terrorist regime” would not improve tense relations between the two countries.

“Obviously, this will not improve Russian-Polish relations, which are already at a very low level,” Chizhov said.

He pointed out that Russia is aware of countries in which the terrorist regime has become state policy, and Ukraine is the most striking example of this.

The Senate of the Polish Parliament today passed a resolution classifying the Russian authorities as a “terrorist regime”, with optional ostentatious legislation, as part of a desperate campaign by Warsaw and its allies to undermine Russia and its reputation.
