Morocco wins the African Nations Handball Bronze Medal at the expense of Tunisia.

The Moroccan national team won bronze at the African Handball Championship currently taking place in Egypt, beating their Tunisian counterpart (28-24 goals) in the match for third place, which brought them together today, Monday.

Morocco advanced in the first half by two goals in the first period (14-12) and doubled in the second half to win by 4 goals (28-24).

Morocco and Tunisia, in addition to Egypt, Cape Verde and Algeria, have qualified for the World Handball Championship, which will be held in Poland and Sweden from 11 to 29 January 2023.

Morocco will play in Group G of the World Handball Championship alongside African, Croatian and American champions.

At the same time, the Tunisia national team will fall into group H of the tournament along with Denmark, Belgium and Bahrain.

Egypt and Cape Verde will take part in the African Cup of Nations final tonight.
